Ingredients
- 1 cup cold lemonade
- 1 teaspoon Pixie Stix powder (any flavor)
- 1–2 teaspoons Pop Rocks (any flavor)
- ½–1 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional, to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: edible glitter or luster dust (for “elf magic”)
- Optional garnish: lemon slice, candy straw, or Pixie Stix
Directions
- Prepare the glass
Add ice cubes to a clear glass so the colors and fizz are visible. - Mix the base
Pour 1 cup cold lemonade into the glass. - Add the sweetness
Stir in the Pixie Stix powder and optional granulated sugar until mostly dissolved. - Elf magic (optional)
Add a tiny pinch of edible glitter for a sparkling, magical look. - The chaos step
Right before serving, sprinkle Pop Rocks on top. Do not stir. Let the fizz and crackle happen naturally. - Garnish & serve
Add a lemon slice or candy garnish and serve immediately while the Pop Rocks are still popping.
Tips from the Elf
- Add Pop Rocks last—waiting too long steals the fizz.
- Tart lemonade balances the candy best.
- Clear cups = maximum visual chaos.
- Best enjoyed immediately… before the elf runs off.
